Consignment Process
​
50/50 split. Consignments are by appointment only. We do offer item pick up at a neutral location for consignment. LIMIT one appointment per week if in the Greater Richmond area; LIMIT one appointment once a month if in the Hampton Roads area.

We accept women's clothing, purses, jewelry & accessories. MAX 20 clothing items. (shoes/accessories/handbags do not count against the max.

How to Present
We ask that your consigned items are on hangers or neatly folded in a shopping bag, recyclable tote, basket, or box.
We will not sort through items in a trash bag of any kind. Items must be in new or like-new condition.
We do not accept items with stains, holes, snags, pilling, or fading.
Stay & Wait or Drop & Go
Wait while we go through your items and return anything we cannot accept.
No waiting! Items we cannot accept will benefit a local charity.
Name Brands
All clothing must have labels affixed. We accept designer labels such as:
J. Crew, Banana Republic, AnnTaylor LOFT, Marc Jacobs, Kate Spade, Lilly Pulitzer, Coach, Gucci, Anthropologie, Michael Kors, Burberry, Vince Camuto, Louis Vuitton, St. John, Zara, Eileen Fisher, Rag & Bone, Prada, Ralph Lauren, and more!​

Payments
Payments are distributed monthly at your request. If you do not request a payment, your funds will be held up to 2 months before it is distributed to you. At any time during your consignment period, you may use any available funds as store credit.
If your balance is $10 or more, you may request a check. Accounts remain active for 4 months from your last drop-off date. If we do not receive any further drop offs after 4 months, your accounts will be closed and any funds remaining in your account will be mailed to you. If you prefer that a check is mailed, for a $4 certification fee, we will mail your earnings via USPS.

How it Works

Items accepted for consignment are researched and priced according to market value and condition.​

Within 48 hours of receiving your items will be sorted, tagged, and listed on the site. An inventory sheet will be emailed to you, upon request.

Items will have 40 days at full price on the site listing before being reviewed and reduced.
​

Reduction is a 3-week period at 25%, 50%, then 75% off, giving your items a total of 60 sale days.

After the reduction period has ended, items are moved to be donated, to a local woman's shelter directly benefiting a local charity.

No items, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be returned to consignor. Items we deem designer will not be donated, rather reduced as needed over time.

(70% to you, the consignor)
